A step-by-step guide to using the Ceres chromatin viewer tools.
Overview
The Chromatin Viewer tools enable users to graphically display or compare trends in nucleosome positioning for user-selected gene sets. The Chromatin Trends tool displays in graphical form the average trend of nucleosome positioning for an unlimited number of user-selected genes. The Promoter Display tool displays a comparative visualization of nucleosome positions for two user-selected nucleosome data sets.
