Data Mining Selection Page: Gene Ontology
(1) Gene Ontology selection button. Select this button to use the Gene Ontology (GO) data mining tool.
(2) Gene Ontology search menu. Use this menu to search for GO terms that contain the specified search terms. The GO terms containing the specified search terms will be displayed in the box below. Note that one should click the adjacent 'Search' button to search for the specified GO terms. In this example, we will search for GO terms that contain the term 'ribosome' in the term name.
(3) Gene Ontology term menu. This menu contains all of the GO terms. If a search term has been specified, it will just list the terms that fit the search criteria.
